Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are not accepted on products that may endanger the health, safety, or welfare of our customers. All items are inspected to ensure they are functioning properly prior to leaving our store.

Once the item leaves our store, the manufacturer warranty is in effect. Although we may be able to assist in processing a warranty claim, the customer assumes the responsibility of activating the warranty claim with the manufacturer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned due to their intimate nature. Before shipping, all products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in working order. If a product develops any issues, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for assistance.
